Overview
Cashbox Eco helps users record cashbox income, expenses, vendors, categories, descriptions, notes, dates, and currency amounts. This policy explains what information is used by the app and website.
Information We Collect
We collect the account email address used to sign in and the cashbox entries that users choose to enter, including amounts, vendors, categories, descriptions, notes, dates, transaction type, and currency.
Passwords are handled by Supabase authentication. Cashbox Eco does not store or view your password.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide the cashbox ledger, keep entries synced between the website and iPhone app, calculate balances and totals, allow account login, and provide support when requested.
Data Storage
Cashbox Eco stores account and cashbox data using Supabase cloud services so the same account can sync across devices. Some temporary data may also be stored locally on your device for app functionality.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as Supabase for authentication and database storage.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete individual cashbox entries inside the app. You can also permanently delete your Cashbox Eco account from the account controls after signing in by choosing “Delete account” and confirming the deletion. Account deletion removes your account and associated cashbox entries.

Security
We use authentication and cloud database access controls to protect account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep user data protected.
