Quick answers for entries, syncing, password reset, account deletion, and App Store support.

Add an expense

Choose “Out”, enter the amount, currency, vendor, description, date, and optional note. If you leave Category empty, Cashbox Eco can suggest one from the description, such as Material - Diesel or Material - Spare parts.

Add incoming cash

Choose “In” when money comes from the bank. Enter the amount received, date, and optional description. Incoming entries are saved as bank income.

Sync between web and iPhone

Sign in with the same email on the website and iPhone app. Entries are stored in your cloud account and should appear on both devices when the internet connection is active.

Password help

On the login screen, use “Forgot password?” to receive a reset email. If you are already signed in, open the account menu and choose Password to set a new password.

Delete account

Sign in, open the account menu, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion. This permanently removes your account and associated cashbox entries.
